Sorry stone but more than likely they WILL be. It has nothing to do with who controls Congress. It has to do with sitting members of Congress including Ron Johnson , Louie Gohmert, Mi Brooks, Andy Biggs committing crimes for their part in 1/6. Innocent people don’t ask fir pardons. Any Dem congress persons ask fir pardons. Nope. They are VERY likely to be indicted.

If you look PAGES back it SHOULD be OBVIOUS that I of course KNOW that the house cant indict. DUH. Can a cop on the street? No. But it gets the ball rolling. The evidence the cop uncovers leads to a prosecutor prosecuting and a Judge and jury ruling. Pretty simple stuff.
 
Unless you guys are now to the point of openly admitting that NO EVIDENCE uncovered against a Democrat no matter how damning could ever lead to the DOJ EVER opening a case. Is THAT what some of you are saying?
