3. The DOJ will indict.
Not gonna happen. There's no crime. No malfeasance. trump was lousy with it, and he hasn't been indicted yet.
Republicans are not in control of anything, and may not be. To get an indictment, they would first need evidence. When trump was in control of the white house, he promised he would throw Clinton in prison... But he had no evidence, so it was a promise he could not keep.
