Trump has flip-flopped since 2015. Remember when he was booed for mentioning getting vaxxed? He's a willow tree populist who goes with the flow no matter how sane or insane. Usually the latter, since the wackadoodles make the most noise while sane people don't want to get involved.

Trump endorsed a sure thing. DeSantis leads Crist by 11%. DeSantis was always going to win. Hope he concentrates on your insurance issues, but running for President is going to take up a lot of his time.

Agreed on all points. Trump is paranoid about looking like a loser..which is a main reason why he's been holding back on announcing his run for President in 2024.

IMO, he'll take the safe route and play Kingmaker while trying to look generous by letting DeSantis run for President.

His schtick of giving nicknames for his opponents worked in ‘16. If it didn’t work against Brandon I don’t see how it’ll work on DeSantis who is highly popular in Florida.
Also his constant turnover of cabinet members was chaotic. He takes no advise from anyone.
He is even divisive for the Republican Party. There’s better out there
That said…
I think any republican could fix Brandon’s mess. I just want to see a mature one that can get re-elected and last 8years. 4 years won’t be enough.
