hindsight being 20/20 obviously it would of. all the energy and momentum back then was towards legislating rights in the states.

Still, a few states have already shown this is not the concern leftists try to make it out to be. Kansas had a referendum, and showed that even as a conservative state, they are not going to go beyond the restrictions you see in places like Germany
