Meet the Press question destroys the FAKE narrative Trump committed a criminal act

Did you know that obstruction of justice requires proof and a crime? What crime did Trump commit? The Palm Beach location was used by the former President to conduct his business. The notion that he cannot keep government documents safe there is moronic and lunatic.

This is a document dispute. Nothing more. But, thanks to the morons in the DOJ run by a partisan hack, it has been blown up to a shameful national story. Just because you mental cases have severe TDS doesn't mean you can make specious, lie filled claims about Trump and get away with it. :palm:

He cannot keep government documents there after he is president, you are a moron.

Already answered, try reading.

The official documents governing classification and declassification stem from executive orders. But even these executive orders aren’t necessarily binding on the president. The president is not "obliged to follow any procedures other than those that he himself has prescribed," Aftergood said. "And he can change those."

You are far more ignorant than I ever thought.

Ironic projection from a caricature of ignorance and stupidity. You're the perfect image of a Democratic voter. :palm:

if there were no records of documents being declassified, then there would be no need to classify anything.

You sad, ignorant caricature of stupidity, perhaps you can find us a link that tells us this "formal" process you think exists for a sitting President to declassify. I can wait. :palm:

All a President would have to say, at any time, after leaving office, is that he has declassified any document in question.

Pretty much. But that doesn't make the documents his either. As this case suggests, they only keep them while doing their memoirs. :palm:

There is no evidence that he declassified them.

He himself has not even claimed he declassified them.

Yes he has, I read his statement.

There is no formal process for presidents declassifying.

"The president, after all, is the ‘Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States’" according to Article II of the Constitution, the court’s majority wrote. "His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security ... flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the president, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant."

He cannot declassify by himself top secret documents, like the hundreds of pages lying around MAL. You are so desperate

There is no evidence that he declassified them.

The evidence resides in how the President treats the documents. For a lawyer, you're pretty ignorant on how government works. No wonder you fall for all these DNC, MSNBC conspiracy theories.

He himself has not even claimed he declassified them.

This isn't even about "classification." It's about whether the former President can retain documents over a certain timeline and has them properly secured. In other words, it's nothing more than a document dispute that has been completely blown out of proportion by the same Democrat lying assholes who gave us the "Russia Collusion" hoax, the "Ukraine phone call" hoax, the January 6th inquisition HOAX and now the public document hoax.

After a while, Americans, who are busy trying to make ends meet with skyrocketing inflation, skyrocketing crime and a massive invasion on our southern border to even care what Chicken little DNC is crying about next.

It's been 23 days since the raid. Still not one charge? Wow!

You are posting out of desperation and a fucking liar to boot.

Written records you ignorant slut.
Furthermore he could never have declassified, by himself, secret or top secret documents.
Is one fucking excuse of yours after another.

There is no formal "written" records process for declassifying you ignorant cunt. Please, find us a CREDIBLE link that says so. :palm:

Obama is. ALL Presidents keep documents while doing their memoirs and eventually they end up in a Presidential library.

The Palm Beach residence was the second white house. Of course it had documents you uneducated dotard. :palm:

Yes he can, you brain dead liar. :palm:

The claim is also irrelevant to Mr. Trump’s potential troubles over the document matter, because none of the three criminal laws cited in a search warrant as the basis of the investigation depend on whether documents contain classified information.politifact.com[/QUOTE]

When a president declassifies a document, it changes from classified to de-classified.

The security classification is removed and the document is available for anyone to see and read, even dolts from Florida.

The absolutely can declassify
any thing by himself and Trump declassified all crossfire hurricane files before he left the White House this is the FBItrying to recover those documents to cover their own butts
