How was the 4th Violated?

Again, your opinion of the law isn't the law. What federal statute was violated and how was it violated if the passports were timely returned? Also again, if you're concerned about what is and isn't legal in this episode, why are the passports your concern but not the lawful confiscation of government documents?
The 4th amendment prevents the government from seizing documents without a warrant. The passports were not covered by the warrant so they were illegally seized.

(See folks this is why it's so tiresome to debate with Libratrds . They are just too dumb to understand the Constitution.)

Correct.

The passports were not covered by the warrant so they were illegally seized.

Passports belonging to former President Donald Trump that were taken by the FBI during the search conducted at his South Florida residence last week have been returned to the former president, a law enforcement source confirmed to CBS News.

The source said the passports were given back to Trump after they were discovered by a "filter team," a group of federal investigators who screen the materials seized during the execution of a search warrant for privileged or extraneous information.

The FBI said in a statement that when executing search warrants, the bureau "follows search and seizure procedures ordered by courts, then returns items that we do not need to be retained for law enforcement purposes."

So cocksucker why did the FBI return the passports? Were they just to dumb to know what a passport was?

The FBI arrests pedophiles.....which explains why Trump and Trumpers hate the FBI.

I fully support the FBI to keep arresting terrorists, traitors and criminals like this fucking asshole:

Respondent practiced as an anesthesiologist under contract at various facilities in the South Bay area until he was arrested by the FBI on the charges....he has been convicted of multiple federal crimes that are substantially related to the qualifications, functions, or duties of a physician and surgeon that involve his attempts to induce a minor to engage in sexual activity, and his possession and distribution of child pornography.

The Presidential Library system is composed of fifteen Presidential Libraries. These facilities are overseen by the Office of Presidential Libraries, in the National Archives and Records Administration.

Presidential Libraries are archives and museums, bringing together the documents and artifacts of a President and his administration and presenting them to the public for study and discussion without regard for political considerations or affiliations. Presidential Libraries and Museums, like their holdings, belong to the American people.

Many Presidential papers and records had been lost, destroyed, sold for profit, or ruined by poor storage conditions. In 1939, President Franklin D. Roosevelt sought a better alternative. Learn more about the Presidential Libraries History

Congress legislated this policy, passing the Presidential Libraries Act in 1955. Through archives, museums, and public programs, Presidential Libraries continue to preserve the documents and artifacts of our Presidents, helping us learn about our nation and our democracy. If you were sane and had the education and wits of a High Schooler or higher, then you'd know there's an established process to declassifying material. Presidents can't just wave a wand saying "I declassify thee, I declassify thee, I declassify thee" and then give it to the highest foreign bidder.
