Abraham Lincoln himself publicly stated negroz should not vote or serve on juries. Abe was a white supremacist and wanted all the blacks to go back to africa. Even the abolitionists ( and abe was not an abolitionists) thought the blacks had no place in america as free men. Time has proven they were right. Nearly all negroz lead lives of crime and welfare. Those with real jobs got it thru affirmative action and are unqualified.

You are about 40 years behind on your knowledge about affirmative action law. They can use race as a factor but cannot use quotas or any factor that would exclude any group/person.

You obviously did not read the information on the Bakke case which made this clear. Try reading instead of talking off the top of your head based on fake news.

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1725 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.
