Most companies that hire today don't even think about Affirmative Action anymore. Now only governmental positions are more careful to follow stricter guidelines.
Affirmative Action did it's job. It created a new standard for hiring minorities. Now, most any company you see hires minorities because they desire to- mostly because minorities are good and dependable workers- Not because they have to.
It's just a natural occurrence now to hire minorities. It is and has been the guideline standard for hiring for decades now.
