He has exactly the same situation going for him. He could be found guilty in every one of the 5 or so court cases against him and his Nazi's would still support him unequivocally.
I think Trump would be easier to beat than any of the others...except Cruz.

This poll shows how very gullible, fickle, and easily-led his base is. Last month's polling showed that 55% of (R) voters did NOT want him to run. Then he gets busted by the FBI for classified material that he wasn't supposed to have, and suddenly they're all in?

The only (R) who concerns me is TrumpLite, DeSantis. I think he might be able to beat whoever the (D)s put up there. So let us hope that the Toadstool gets the (R) nomination.

It is actually diabolically unclear whether he is referring to the warrant or the seized documents.
He describes documents which "have been drawn up by radical left Democrats and possible future political opponents."
That does not exactly indicate the White House records being sought by the National Archives; and neither does it say "warrant."
Purposefully ambiguous.
Trump is no idiot. He is highly skilled at playing the media.
Let us not forget his act as president-elect of making the big public stink over the Hamilton play actors message to Vice President Elect Pence for the purpose of drawing attention away from his paying $25 million to settle in the lawsuit the students of 'Trump University' brought against him for defrauding them out of their tuition in return for what was actually a bogus pretend 'university.'
To underestimate his PR talent is a big mistake. It got him elected despite a massive late election cycle scandal which would have sunk any other candidate.
He is up to his old tricks, and he is extremely adept at it.
