Abortion should be available in at least the first trimester, it should be safe, and it should be rare.

Getting my statistics from The Economist, who gets their statistics from whoever collects those statistics. If they are lies, I would not be lying, but rather quoting a liar. That being said they are extremely unlikely to be a lie.

We will already have the worst maternal mortality rate in the industrial world. Where a typical country has three mortality out of 100,000 live births, while the USA has a mortality rate of 17 (more than five times higher). This in order to eradicate the stench that tRump and his seditious repukes hacked in there illegally in violation of U.S. Constitutional law and federal laws. Additionally, to consider states' rights and other methods who have their own rights to protect and sure women's rights are foremost and absolute. This, in order to get around this seditious repuke assault against the rights of women and the common liberties of society, etc.

There were no laws to be “dictated.”

Roe was a decision by the S.C., not a law.

Women will still have the “right” to murder their own children in some states.

The procedure is called an abortion. Yes, it kills some human tissue...but so does an appendectomy or a tumor removal.

I'm pretty sure an appendectomy and an abortion are very different procedures... although they do both begin with the letter "a"... If a woman miscarries, does she not mourn the loss of her child? The very definition of being pregnant is having a child developing in the uterus... The ultimate goal is to lessen the Huge numbers of abortions happening every year...to not treat them as just another method of birth control...this is in everyone's best interests when all is said and done...don't you think?

When you kill an unborn child, you have taken a life. You can not kill an unborn child unless that child was living.

An unborn child has Civil Rights, one of which is not to have their heads crushed.
