Unless you are talking about college campuses where they want to create separate dorms etc. based on race where is this a question of the day? In what circles do you run, or read, where people are arguing races shouldn't mix?

Yes, IMO, miscegenation should be out-lawed in America they same way it was in numerous US states in the first half of the 20th century.
In retrospect, the ban on White Americans breeding with Blacks and other coloured races was logical and wise, given our current knowledge of genetic.
The justification is as follows....
Western culture is objectively superior to any other racial/ethnic culture that has ever emerged in the 6,000 year history of human civilisation (I can prove this for you if you think I'm talking shit, in a separate post).
Western culture/civilisation began around 1000 BC and unique to the race of white-skined North-Western Europeans who descended from the ancient Scandinavian people of the Nordic Iron Age.
So Western culture which is objectively speaking human histories superior culture is the innate culture of the White North-West European races (sometimes referred to as the Nordic race or the Germanic race/s; NB The "Germanic Race/s are not to be confused with the terms "Germany" or "Germans in the modern contect
Culture (beliefs, values, religiousity, imagination, ideas, moral norms, knowledge, understanding, intelligence are substantially determined by genetic factors) so If a modern - day white native Anglo-American Westerner were, for example to fly to the Congo in Africa, then have sex with a negro woman in her hut and impregnate her, the baby when it was born would have half of the White Americans genes and half of the Black, Negro woman's genes. Let's look at one important aspect of culture, i.e, intelligence to illustrate what happens....
In the American colonies in, let's say, the 1770s lots of White Anglo American slave owners would have had sex with their females slaves (for example, randy skaskits like Thomas Jefferson- it was common practice. In the 1770s the Black female slaves from Africa would have had an IQ of around 70 points, while the White American slave-holders would have had an IQ of close 100 points. When they had sex and produced a baby, when the infant matured to adulthood, s/he would have an IQ higher than 70 pointes but lower than 100 points because it had inherited half of the father's genes and half of the mother's genes. It would be reasonable to predict that as an adult the baby might have an IQ between 80 and 83 points.
From the 1770's to the year 2022 in America lots of Whitey male and females Yank have had a lot of sex with Black males and females. Right? So while in Sub -Saharan Africa today the average IQ for a native Black is 70 points at THE MOST, the average IQ for African-Americans is 85 points, due to the fact there has been a lot of BLACK/WHITE interbreeding over the last 250 or so years.
The bottom line is this...if native, White Anglo-Americans keep indiscriminately porking Black women/men they will inevitably dilute the genetic purity of their population and ultimately turn the entire White Anglo-American demographic brown-coloured and culturally (e.g. intellectctually) inferior. This is, naturally, an undesirable outcome and thus, IMHO, Whitely Anglo-American Yanks should not breed with other coloured races, esp Blacks lest they destroy their native Western culture; moreover it is essential to preserve the purity of White (European) culture as it is, as I say OBJECTIVELY superior to any other human culture that has ever emerged in human history, and it has it capacity to help improve the quality of life for ALL of the different peoples of the Earth.
