Pretty easy actually. When you get the shot off it wont be accurate at all but it will be in the general direction,....and you could get lucky.
They were on a ramp to get on the highway so naturally the cop car would be out of the way.

Dude...give it up. There is dash footage and forensics will prove it was fired. To say nothing of the spent casing in the car.

These so called cops that shot an unarmed man sixty times, are a danger to the community they serve?!! I hope the DOJ looks into this too! They have to take away qualified immunity from these police departments?!!
I posted a video where they claimed he fired a shot. Also there was no spent casing in the car. They claimed they found it on the road.
