Gas Prices Falling

Increasing U.S. Oil Production Could Set Climate Efforts Back Decades

"Froggatt said that increasing oil production at the home front could also make little difference in the overall price of gasoline, given that fossil fuels are traded on a volatile global market and subject to factors outside of a country's control.

Gross argued that the transition to clean energy is just as much about national security as it is climate action.

"You know, you can't have a war in Eastern Europe that cuts off your solar supply," Gross said.

Climate activists also pushed back on the call for increasing domestic oil, saying that not only would doing so be counterproductive to long-term climate goals but will also not work quickly enough to lower energy prices."

Rat penises are to me, a delicacy. I save the rest of the rat for my nightly feltching sessions. The neighbors are starting to complain about the smell coming from my mom's basement. The smell is from all the discarded rat carcasses I extract from my anus after feltching. I am a disgusting creature.

I think your post pretty much speaks for itself you freak.

Hello cawacko,

Nobody ever said doing the right thing was popular. Jimmy Carter advised Americans to set the thermostat a little colder in winter and wear a sweater. Americans didn't want to hear that. He is a good leader. Too bad we didn't listen more to him. He was right, but being right does not equate into popularity.

People didn't didn't vote for another Democrat for 12 years after Carter. Chances are that after Biden it will 20.

If you ain't got the money for gas, you ain't goin nowhere.

People cut back, creating less demand.

Production is slow to ramp up, but it is happening.

This could be a continuing trend.

Capitalism in action.

It makes no more sense to credit this to Biden than it does to blame him for rising gas prices.

Great, just have less mobility and freedom and deal with it, right?

Then the economy starts contracting, and then contracts some more. :palm:

Onward into the abyss, Climate Change fucktards!

We had national security when Trump made us energy independent.

Low gas prices are great for people who use a lot of gas, but unfortunately that encourages people to burn up a lot of gas and hurt the climate.
