Those people who are screeching about Cassidy's testimony being a hearsay are the same people who swallow the claim that a "source" said those two SS agents will testify and deny her testimony.

her credibility has been called into question.......until this is resolved it should be treated as if she has not yet testified......you people may yet turn out to be right.......it has never happened before in your lifetime but there always remains a possibility......until then it only makes you look foolish to deny what has happened......

Only fools addicted to Trump are hanging by the thread of exactly what occurred in the vehicle. Hutchinson has impressed the country as a powerful witness. If Engel testifies he may deny the lunge detail but he apparently has confirmed Trump knew many of his supporters were armed yet insisted on joining the march on the Capitol and became furious when the agents refused to take him. For Trump this is the problematic part of the story since carrying weapons on the Capitol grounds is a crime, a problem made all the worse by the mob's intent to intimidate Congress.

Bullshit. Only that portion about what took place in the vehicle was hearsay and it will be corroborated. It doesn't matter anyway, all it shows is that Trump wanted to go to the capitol and that has already been confirmed by many others.

for the last time, then I'm writing you off as a total idiot.......she did not participate in the incident in the limo......I know that, you know that, the committee that had her testify about it knew that, every judge and lawyer in the country knows that.......we know that because she told us that......which means she cannot testify to what happened in the limo......her saying "I had a conversation" is an exception because she was a participant......when she starts talking about what happened in the limo, based on what she claims he told her is NOT an exception to the hearsay rule because she was NOT a participant to what happened in the limo......

What an excellent observation. "An anonymous source said" and "We've been hearing that ___" are the hallmarks of Reichwing "journalism." They're so immersed in it that it seems to freak them out when the source is an actual visible person, testifying under oath in front of the entire nation. On some level they understand which is the more credible and believable. Hence their current state of panic.
