No need. He's already allowing aliens from all over the world to invade Texas, in violation of the US Constitution... Same with Arizona... Same with numerous other states. Plenty of these aliens have even invaded Wisconsin.

Most of that $1.45 is for military bases. Not really a "gift" to Texas since those bases need to exist somewhere.

That said, yes, those bases would have to leave IF Texas seceded....which it won't. It's a bullshit argument to even bring it up. Those people are fucking morons.
 
Here's a thought.

Let Texas go. Admit Puerto Rico as the new 50th State.

The flag would remain intact and the USA would be better off for it.

True as long as it's public property. They don't have a right to trespass or block the free movement of others on a public pathway.

Not a lawyer, but that's my understanding.

A primary purpose of government is to deconflict collisions of unalienable rights not strip some people of their rights in favor of others.
