His defeat showed him most Americans are not supporters. I'm not questioning what he thought he could do, only whether his actions can be proven to meet all the elements of any criminal law.

He prepared for his losses by claiming if he lost it would be stolen--the 2016 nomination, the 2016 and 2020 elections.

But it's been proven he knew the 2020 election was legit. In spite of that he conducted a coup attempt. That cannot go unpunished.

I don't disagree, I just have serious doubts it will happen. What is the specific law he could be prosecuted for and how did his actions meet all the elements of the law.

If so, I was just stating an obvious fact, not showing my "Trumpian side."

I challenge you to show one post in which I supported or defended Trump. You are making false assumptions based on knee jerk reactions.

Spend a little time studying laws and court decisions about inciting riots, etc. and you will see those are very hard to prosecute and convict. Recognizing that difficulty is not the same thing as defending Trump although many of the Democrats make that false conclusion.

Meh. It's on record I'm not a fucking lawyer. Yes, I do understand some charges are difficult to prove. Yes, I think the nutjobs supporting Trump do "enthusiastically" support him to the point of criminality.

I've noticed a trend of you favoring Trump when pressed on various topics. Not just pointing out the law, but favoring. It's a free country...and I'd like to keep it that way.

Do you think the militias are going to take a run at TrumpCo?

No trend. I never favored Trump on anything just because I disagreed with those who think he can be convicted because they want him convicted. That is a trend toward understanding the law as it has been interpreted, not Trump.

Siding with facts that are not favorable to your views is not the same as supporting that side. The JPP conservatives call me a left-winger and libtard when I disagree with some of their views. The left and right lose their objective view of the facts because their partisan optimism distorts their judgment.
