So you believe that you can just claim someone has committed a crime to the DOJ without any evidence? You didn't learn much in law school did you? I am starting to believe that your claim to be one is a lie given the nonsense you post here.

Trump was not asking Pence to take power. That is a lie. What they were discussing is sending suspected electors back to the states where Judges overturned legislative laws on elections.
Judges are not supposed to legislate, but adjudicate based on the laws passed by the legislatures. In many states, Pennsylvania in particular, those laws were overturned by activist jurists. That is not how our Democratic Republic works. That is what they do in third world shit holes.

Pardons for what? No crime has been or had been committed. That is why this House HOAX hearing is going public and there have been no criminal referrals. You have to have EVIDENCE.
Evidentiary theory. You actually have to have evidence of fraud. You actually need evidence of a coup. Evidence of an insurrection and evidence of a conspiracy to commit a coup.
