Race politics is a Democrat thing. They bank a lot of bucks on it. Most sane people I know understand that dividing people by race is racist so stop doing that.

Agreed. Besides resolving conflicts between citizen's rights and foreign treaties, incentivizing good behavior is a good purpose of government. Just don't use bias or bigotry to determine who gets the prizes.
