Bingo. Recognizing and protecting diversity is in a company's best interests if they want to attract the best and the brightest.

I retired 12 years ago but it was the same at the large insurance company where I worked (now part of Aetna). If the Reichtards want to call it being "woke" or "PC" or whatever clique-du-jour they're dished up, let 'em. America has always been a melting pot, a diverse land with diverse ppl from diverse places. You cannot claim to love this nation while simultaneously hating half the ppl who compose it.

I learned very quickly in this internet discussion biz.. that when any Republican uses the term, "diversity hire" or complaints they're opportunities aren't as good as minorities - you know you're dealing with a KKK white supremacist asshole.
