It doesn't. Migration just says something moved from one place to another. If you Google search the exact phrase "illegal migration" you'll get something like 1.37 million hits. That wouldn't be the case if migration couldn't be illegal.

Actually, I just did a Google search for that exact phrase and it has zero hits. Eventually Google’s WebCrawler will find what you just posted and that will be the first hit. Congratulations! It can be hard to think of a phrase that nobody has ever said it in history of the Internet, but you pulled it off. Hell, there is even a hit for “please cut off all my fingers.”

Granting that Ukraine has a "Nazi problem", even with minor representation in a Western oriented, democratic, non-Nazi national government, what business is that of Russia, let alone justification for savaging the country?
