Wow. You're quite the little racist, ain'tcha? If you watched the other news conferences you'd know that a lot of the leaders and, I presume based on numbers, the Uvalde police force, are Hispanic.

This is more about training/police funding and the police force for a town of 16,000 Americans. It's also about the fact that the TOP's massacre was a racial mass murder. Idiots will say 2+2=5. Smart people will look at the bigger issues.

Same name, but a different board. On this one, the moderators have a stranglehold on the board. So do the members. Instead of thread bans, you can start a tPF thread and ban anyone from the thread at any time for no reason at all.

I left and was simultaneously banned from the board on Jan 7 when I started a thread with a link to the FBI website. There were members there that were calling for armed violence since the election. After it happened, I reported one guy and encouraged the board to do the same. It didn't go over well. (more to piss him off than because I thought it would actually do anything). I believe their reason for my permaban (after I left) was because 'I brought harm to the board'.

I did hear that it was a shit show for about a week. They shut down for a bit and changed the rules to end the violent posts. Some members who were encouraged to post inflammatory nonsense before, were banned for a short time and warned about the violence.

They really shit themselves when I told staff that I would not post on a board that encouraged the Jan. 6 attack, and the FBI would be calling.

Truth is, the locals were outgunned by a kid. Many said that they didn't want to get shot. I believe he had armor piercing rounds?

The bosses were white. Also it wasn't just because of their race, it was because of their class. Had those kids folks been richer, no problem. Many of those kids would still be alive.

The cheapest ammo is FMJ. Not armor piercing but packing enough punch to go through a light Kevlar vest...which only covers the upper torso.

It's a natural reaction by people to desire not wanting to get shot. That's overcome by leadership and training. Even if the mass murdering nutjob was only armed with pistols like the Virginia Tech mass murdering nutjob, would the results of Uvalde have been the same?
