Did a Republican leak the draft SCOTUS opinion - Almost everyone may comment

White Supremacist Extremists (WSE) https://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/f...premacist Extremists_CVE Task Force_Final.pdf

Violent White Supremacist Extremists (WSE) are defined as individuals who seek, wholly or in part, through unlawful acts of force or violence, to support their belief in the intellectual and moral superiority of the white race over other races. The mere advocacy of political or social positions, political activism, use of strong rhetoric, or generalized philosophic embrace of violent tactics may be constitutionally protected activities.a,1,2,3 This reference aid discusses trends with WSE targeting and tactics, historical attack data and examples of lethal attacks in the United States since 2012, their geographic location, mobilization to violence as lone offenders or members of small cells, social media use, and common behavioral indicators during their radicalization to violence.

The proposed opinions are sent to all the justices. The draft opinion are only passed around the preparing justices.

This leak has locked the decision into place. It really cannot be undone now. The political considerations have been cut out of it. Whoever did it wanted this opinion to be the final opinion.

False. This was distributed around the court in February.

Rioberts doesn't support the overturn. It doesn't matter. Dems have nothing to gain. If this comes out in June, that's better for them politically. Roe was dead either way. Doesn't matter if we found out now or in June.

The left have everything to gain. They want the justices intimidated into changing their minds.

That's my suspicion as well.

I don't know if the leaker is (D) or (R) -- about the only for sure thing I can surmise is that they do not agree with the maybe-decision and wanted to cause an outcry.

And from that, which side does not agree with the SC's opinion?

And that there is which side did the leakin's. ;)

How many are hiding under your bed or in your closet right now, Dutchy? Hmm?

First, this is just the first salvo of the Silly Season. There will be more as the summer progresses.

FWIW, I have money riding on the WSE’s murdering Americans. It’s a very good bet they will. It they get busted this year then the summer of 2024.

You sure seem to be heavily invested in that. Why? :whoa:

It’s part of the overall RW theocratic agenda; subjugate women, deny gays their right to marriage, stomp minorities into the lower income….make America white again just like the Bible says.

You think The Bible says "Make America white again"?

What chapter and verse is that, numbnutz?

What makes you think that?

If that was the case, why wasn't it leaked in February, when it was first circulated?

Or why didn't they sit on it longer in order to be closer to the election?

Why leak it at the beginning of May, when it doesn't really do anyone any good?

This was clearly the work of Ginni Thomas.

I have a theory about that: What's changed in the SC since then? Who's new around there?

So Liberal morons are trying to blame Ginni Thomas for leaking this. That is the funniest and most moronic conspiracy theory ever. The conservative justices and their families are getting death threats. There is no reason she would want to start enduring the threats early. This is clearly the work of a liberal that wants pressure to be placed on the justices to force one of them to change their mind. I doubt it will work but it is a Hell Mary pass.

But to what end? Cuz it'll have the same result if it wasn't leaked, plus it'll be about a month closer to the election.

There's no reason for a liberal to leak something that will stir up equal amounts of unrest and rage if it wasn't.

Leaking it now gets it in and out of the news cycle faster.

Leaking it was a political act, and Ginni Thomas is the only political operative with access.

Actually, there's every reason for a Leftist to leak this and none for a Conservative to. Here's a list of why:

It creates a diversion in the news from all the fuck ups the Joke administration has made, from inflation, to the economy, to immigration, and everything inbetween.

It stirs up the Left's base at a time when apathy is high among Democrat voters about the midterms

It gives the Left a wedge issue for the midterms where they had virtually none before

As a political act, it does nothing to further Conservative causes. The Right was going to see this as a win when the decision came out in any case so there was no need to leak it.

Only the Left has potential benefit from leaking this decision.

I’m retired military. All military-type operations interest me, especially guerrilla warfare and terrorism.

Do you know the difference between a freedom fighter and a terrorist, Matt?

No, but there are people who believe it does. Example: the KKK and Christian Identity.

https://www.splcenter.org/fighting-hate/extremist-files/ideology/christian-identity
Christian Identity is an antisemitic, racist theology that rose to a position of commanding influence on the racist right in the 1980s. “Christian” in name only, it asserts that white people, not Jewish people, are the true Israelites favored by God in the Bible. The movement’s relationship with evangelicals and fundamentalists has generally been hostile due to the latter’s belief that the return of Jewish people to Israel is essential to the fulfillment of end-time prophecy.

Now tell me you never heard of these groups and have no idea what I’m writing about. LOL

Most likely “the Left”, but more likely women….who make up 50%+ of our citizenry. Most women do vote Democrat. Small wonder why, eh? LOL

Or it could just be that you are just another Dumb racist Dutch. Yep,.....pretty sure that is EXACTLY the case. BTW,.........you are losing so BADLY and are still too stupid to even understand it. Look around you........EVERYTHING trending the RIGHT way. EVERYTHING. And now the Supreme court too. ;) Yes dutch.....you have already lost.

In special circumstances perhaps.

"wants to" is not a special circumstance........remember when Obama advanced a bill in Illinois making it legal for a doctor to kill a child that accidentally survived an attempted abortion......Nancy tried the same just last year......
