We definitely do need an investigation and the Nazi justices on the Supreme Court aren't trustworthy enough to conduct it.

There should be an independent investigation, free of the Nazi court's influence.

A special investigator appointed by the Justice Department with no political ties to anyone on the Court.

That's the only fair way to conduct the investigation, not under his (Roberts) eye.

It’s the digital age. Anyone with access could have downloaded it onto a flash drive and walked out with it.

The key to the mystery is motive. IMO, the pro-Roe v. Wade folks have more motive than the authoritarian assholes. It’s not like it’s a secret what the RW agenda is on abortion, gay marriage and subjugation of the non-elite.

I totally agree. It doesn't make any sense for any of the justices or their clerks to release it. No one would put their careers at serious risk like that. It had to be a political operative.

But Ginni Thomas is insulated by her marriage to Clarence Thomas, which makes me think it was her because she's the only political operative who would even have access.

My accusation isn't even baseless...Thomas has unfettered access to a Supreme Court Justice and has already demonstrated that she is a political operative cashing in on that access when she tried to overthrow the government with the backing of her husband, who is the only justice on SCOTUS to have voted against making those communications and coordination public for the Jan 6 committee.

He was the only one to vote against that.

Not hard to figure out why.

But to what end? Cuz it'll have the same result if it wasn't leaked, plus it'll be about a month closer to the election.

There's no reason for a liberal to leak something that will stir up equal amounts of unrest and rage if it wasn't.

Leaking it now gets it in and out of the news cycle faster.

FWIW, I have money riding on the WSE’s murdering Americans. It’s a very good bet they will. It they get busted this year then the summer of 2024. :thup:
