Phoning or texting while driving is illegal, dude. The only exception in some States is a hands free system, and that is somewhat restricted as well.
In some places, the penalty for that is losing your car and your driver's license AND jail time. Yes, it's easy to prove in court. Don't be an idiot.

Phoning and texting are both completely legal if you are a passenger. Many phones will know if they are moving at 50 mph, but will not know if the person operating them is the driver or the passenger.

Many trucks have trackers on them, so speeders get caught. You might be able to get away with a short burst of speeding, but if you drive 1,000 in 12 hours, you are losing your job.

The best idea is to go the safe speed, and maybe listen to music, entertainment, or news.

You are the dumbest person ever. In any misdemeanor case you have a right to a jury trial same as with a felony. For an infraction there is no right to a jury trial. Do some legal research you moron.

I tend to put it on cruise control at the speed limit. Sometimes local police will pull over out of state licenses for even a little speeding, so why chance it.

I am willing to drive, sleep in my car, and get anywhere in the lower 48. I have not driven to Alaska, and no one can drive to Hawaii.

You don't know your ass from a hole in the ground. My state does not cooperate with any states except bordering states if one does not pay a ticket. I have not had a ticket since buying an escort redline 7 years ago. But none have that has anything to do with what I stated. The left lane is a passing lane, trucks that have limiters set at 65 already clog it up and are actually below the posted speed limit. Its obvious you don't drive that many miles per year.

I still would not run up a bunch of unpaid tickets. For instance, if I had a bunch of unpaid tickets in Colorado, even if Pennsylvania did nothing about it, I might find myself in Colorado again. They can arrest you for unpaid tickets. Even though they will let you out when the tickets are paid, that can take days. If you have a history of running from tickets, they might not let you get out until the check fully clears.

I have no interest in spending a week in a mile high jail.
