Given many vehicles can only go 55 mph, if as you say that driving 55 and 80 is unsafe, we need to drop the speed limit from 80.
What are you on? A moped?
Not gonna cut it on an 80mph road, dude.
No, I don't accept your given predicate.

Phoning or texting while driving is illegal, dude. The only exception in some States is a hands free system, and that is somewhat restricted as well. The phone does not know if it is being operated by the driver or a passenger.
What speeding charges? Going 80mph on an 80mph road is not speeding."I was speeding because I wanted to get ahead of a bunch of cars" is not an actual defense to speeding charges.
I know a better way. Leave the city and don't look back. And besides, there is an obvious other way to get out of a pack of cars, slow down.
Still ignoring Einstein.HAHAHA. What a moron you are. Of course speed kills.
Why would I hit a tree?Would you rather hit a tree at 80 mph or 50? You are stupid even for a tranny.
HAHAHA. Again you show your legal ignorance. Most traffic courts deal in INFRACTIONS not misdemeanors. Infraction is the legal category below misdemeanor. But still many traffic crimes such as drunk driving or extreme speeding are classed as misdemeanors or even felonies and you do have the right to a jury trial then. THINK
Arbitrary speed limits really do nothing for safety.

Who wants to drive under the speed limit when driving 5-6 hours
no wonder you have so many questionable habits
Since you are talking about misdemeanor actions. We are talking about no jury. Don't try to pivot your way out of this one.
The best idea is to go the safe speed, and maybe listen to music, entertainment, or news.
.
You are the dumbest person ever. In any misdemeanor case you have a right to a jury trial same as with a felony. For an infraction there is no right to a jury trial. Do some legal research you moron.
Radios should not be in cars. Just another distraction. You are supposed to be driving.

Many trucks have trackers on them, so speeders get caught. You might be able to get away with a short burst of speeding, but if you drive 1,000 in 12 hours, you are losing your job.

I tend to put it on cruise control at the speed limit. Sometimes local police will pull over out of state licenses for even a little speeding, so why chance it.
I am willing to drive, sleep in my car, and get anywhere in the lower 48. I have not driven to Alaska, and no one can drive to Hawaii.
You just admitted you are a psychopath and a criminal who thinks it's cool to kill other people. Get help please.
The left lane is a passing lane
My state does not cooperate with any states except bordering states if one does not pay a ticket.
That we agreed on remember? What we disagreed about was whether trucks that go slower than 80mph should be allowed on the roads.
I still would not run up a bunch of unpaid tickets. For instance, if I had a bunch of unpaid tickets in Colorado, even if Pennsylvania did nothing about it, I might find myself in Colorado again. They can arrest you for unpaid tickets. Even though they will let you out when the tickets are paid, that can take days. If you have a history of running from tickets, they might not let you get out until the check fully clears.
I have no interest in spending a week in a mile high jail.
