Most likely will vacate Roe and it will no longer be the law of the land
I am not anti abortion but I am anti government overstepping its authority. Abortion was and should always have been a states issue. There are many elective medical procedures that are banned here so people have to go where they can. What makes abortion any different than other elective procedures?

Roe v wade is a 14th amendment decision. That is a fact not my opinion. And no there aren’t any elective procedures that are banned in Florida. That’s ridiculous.

The Constitution limits the Federal government, not citizens.
For decades the Democrats have pushed the idea of Federalism controlling our rights and for the same amount of time the Republicans opposed that idea and supported the idea of inalienable rights.
Sadly, Republicans started changing as the Cold War wound down. They became more theocratic and, consequently, more authoritarian. They became Federalists seeking to dictate to Americans their rights. We get the government we deserve.
