It appears we have no right to privacy!

Equal protection only means you have equal access where access exists. If you live in say, Alabama and abortions are banned, that doesn't prevent you from flying to say California and having an abortion. Alabama has no say in that. The state doesn't even need to know you had one. You had equal access to everyone else in California and equal non-access to one in Alabama.

Equal access doesn't mean you have equal access regardless of what state you are in. If it did, then you'd have the right to own a firearm and carry it concealed in all 50 states because some states allow that while others don't.
no the 14th carries equal protection across all state lines

Back alley abortion deaths were always a myth as proven conclusively by the fact that deaths by abortions immediately before and after Roe didn't change, Roe was not the factor, widespread availability of antibiotics was the factor.

OK i'll but that.but i havent researched it
You can add in insterile equipment, or lack of post care there as well

It's a medical procedure -it needs to be done in a legit medical facility

Roe v Wade was a byproduct of "women's liberation" as feminism was called back then

Im fine with state restrictions - if they are not odious, but before Roe v Wade they were
and if there is no (implied) right to privacy as well as excess restictions it doesnt help anyone

Which is why Roe codified equal protection and access

How does that assist in the mother's health and well-being ? The mother is the primary concern. She will tell you if she needs to terminate the pregnancy- not anybody else.

She doesn't have the right to kill her own baby unless her life is in danger which is no longer even a thing.

What about a woman who deliberately conceives and then changes her mind ?

Adoption.

What about a woman whose financial position changes ?

Adoption.

What about a woman whose health position changes ?

Death by child birth isn't a thing in the 1st world, so Adoption.

What about a woman who loses her partner ?

Adoption

Etc., etc.
You're not ranked among the JPP intelligentsia, are you.

Would a reversal of Roe v Wade warrant a revolution ? You bet. Americans escaped from the horrors of the Puritans- and I venture that there's no returning.

Opposition to mass infanticide isn't a puritan thing, it's a human thing, though you would fit in with pre-Christian pagans what with your penchant for human sacrifice.

Murdering babies isn't a medical procedure unless the woman's life is at risk which again is no longer a thing with modern medicine.

In theory you have the right to privacy in the context of the 4th amendment but that was stripped long ago by Bush and Obama who illegally spied on millions of Americans without warrants. You don't have the right to privacy to engage in a criminal conspiracy with a Doctor to murder a baby.

And by "privacy" you mean the right to engage in mass infanticide. You have the right to privacy in the context of the 4th amendment, how that would extend to murdering babies I have no idea.

The 4th is a different right to privacy. Its about personal effects, papers and such.

The 4th is a different right to privacy. Its about personal effects, papers and such.

And that's the only right to privacy in the Constitution, there is no right to privacy to engage in a criminal conspiracy with a doctor to murder a baby, if you want that right get the Constitution amended.

it's been obvious for a long time there was no true right of privacy........didn't Google convince you of that?......

Its "privacy" from government intrusion, not private companies. Study up. Last time I checked, you are not forced to use google.
