Thats because your an idiot. Who knows,...maybe you were kicked in the head by a mule down in Bumfuck. A rule is kinda like a law. Ever heard of a thing called " the spirit of the law" ? The 12 B rule is a good rule. It is meant to protect this board, and maybe even hopefully keep a few of the creepiest of creeps away. What it is NOT meant for is for members to use it in sneaky ways in an underhanded dishonest attempt to get someone banned that they dont like. Nobody had to tell me this,....its just basic common sense. Something you are in short supply of. REALLY does expose your character though. Pitiful,....simply pitiful.

No question the revolver is much safer than an auto. But putting the hammer on an empty chamber is going too far. Modern day revolvers have a transfer bar and they can't go off by dropping them.

Hey einstein. Everyone is a white supremacist though few people will say it. The evidence blacks are mentally handicapped is overwhelming.

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1725 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.

5. 50 years of affirmative action special treatment and blacks have fallen even further behind. What does that tell you?

Correct. Many revolvers have this simple little safety device built into them now.

Many semi-autos have internal safeties that prevent their firing even when carried chambered, even if you drop them. This is particularly the case with striker type mechanisms, such as in the Glock series handguns.
Most other semi-autos have manually operated safeties on them. The Glock, of course, doesn't need it. The automatic safeties work just fine. A pin does the same thing as a hammer block mechanism on some revolvers. I've even seen some semi-autos with a transfer bar type mechanism in them.

You like revolvers. Fine. I like semi-autos. That's just me and my personal preferences.
Each to their own. You buy what you like and I'll buy what I like.

What i really don't like are single action autos like the famous 1911 45 ACP. They have to be carried cocked and locked and you have to remember to flip off the safety. That works ok if it's the only handgun you have but most gun owners have other guns that don't have a safety. Double action autos where you just pull the trigger and it fires are ok.

Millions of american men think the 1911 is the best handgun every made but i disagree.
