Sounds like a good idea but if you kill some black thug who broke into your house , his family will file a wrongful death lawsuit and since the media will side with them, you may lose everything. 5. 50 years of affirmative action special treatment and blacks have fallen even further behind. What does that tell you?

Yup - this defund the police movement is really not a bad idea. Cops very seldom stop crimes. They just show up and make a report so you can file an insurance claim.

Why all the hate on cops? It varies by locality. I'm in the country. Most police are about 15-20 minutes away.

IMO, it's part of one's freedom and independence to be as self-sufficient as possible, but I'm not going to blame the police because I chose to live in the sticks.

Only losers like TDAK who always blame others are that spineless and weak.

Police, like lawyers, toilet paper and a loaded .45, can come in really handy sometimes. Not always but that depends on the locale.
