There is a nationwide doctrine called the 'use of force' policy which allows officers to use the amount of force necessary to overcome resistance. Government will control you, so attempts to disarm an officer are viewed as a deadly threat

If u fight back and try to disarm the cop it does!!!


If the perp gets the tazer, now you have a criminal who has incapacitated a police officer, with access to the police officer’s pistol. That police officer was fighting for his very life, a kill-or-likely-be-killed situation.
 
when you RESIST, it becomes a fight over the COPS GUN!!!

so any cop in a resist situation is fighting for his LIFE over HIS OWN GUN!!!!

what is so hard to understand about that?

cops have their guns taken from them and used on them ALL THE TIME!

stop resisting, and stop dying, it’s THAT SIMPLE!
 
You hear the officer repeatedly yell during the struggle, “Let go of the taser!”.

If he obeys commands he would be alive and out of jail already.



If he gets the taser and deploys it against the officer he is at the suspects mercy who can take his sidearm and execute the officer or use it to commit other crimes. This has nothing to do with race only the utter stupidity and street thug attitude of the suspect and it cost him his life.

Wrestling with a cop whose continually yelling “stop resisting”, followed by “let go of the taser” should signal to everyone that somebody involved in this little squabble is about to take a dirt nap. We’ve been here before. Don’t fight with the cops and if they are using one of the toys on their bat belt, don’t try to take it away from them. Simple rules to live and stay alive by. Just a fact of life.

My son's car was stopped and illegally searched . The K9 cop used a drug dog and said the dog got a "hit" then he searched my son's car. I got the DVD of the stop and it contain video from two cop cars. The dog was trained to sit if it got a hit. The cop handcuffed my son placed my son on the opposite side of the car from the dog. The officer then placed himself between the dog and his cop car camera and then said the dog got a "hit" indicating there were drugs in the car and he searched the car. The only problem was you could see the dogs tail the entire time. The dog never sat which is the sign for drugs in the car.

I took the DVD to the police chief and we reviewed the DVD. I also showed the police chief the results of the drug screen I had my son take the morning following the stop. The drug screen was negative. The cops also did not find drugs in my son's car. The police chief said " Its obvious your son isn't the problem here." The chief agreed it was an illegal search of the car (no probable cause). The K9 cop was forced to quit and subsequently went to another town to work. So yes take your complaint to the government and DONOT try to fight cops on the street.

yeah. I learned that when I was a white kid. you dont have to be black for cops to mess you up
Just do what they say unless you make a run for it, and that prolly wont get yu anywhere either

My parents had "the talk" with me when I started driving.


1. Never run from the cops. Radios are very fast.
2. Never argue or fight with the cops . They always win.
