Ginsberg was a highly esteemed member of the court. If you listened to court arguments, I am sure you did not, you would have heard her asking important questions and solidifying the arguments. Thomas sat on the court for over a decade and never said a word. There is nobody with intelligence who said she was a bad judge. You cannot divorce your right views and liberal hate enough to be fair. Clarence is a joke that should end. I hope he retires. And Jackson is not easy on pedos. She is right down the mainstream in sentencing.

The SCOTUS has become a joke.
They all took oaths to ALWAYS honor the Constitution.
Yet justices from both sides continue to ignore/'interpret' the Constitution to suit their own political agendas.

I sincerely do not much care if Thomas is alive or dead.
Or if the whole Supreme Court got killed in a plane crash.
The corrupt and useless Congress would probably just replace them with equally useless people.

Friday the Court admitted that Thomas was in the Hospital with "flu like symptoms" but would likely be released Monday or Tuesday. The Judge has not attended the Court this week, and when asked the Court's official response was that they have no official word on the situation?!?

Conservative Washington would explode if Biden gets to replace Thomas. What a circus that would be, especially if its announced before Jackson is confirmed.

The Supreme's function is to interpret the constitution. There is no way for a document written in the 1750s could predict everything. It fails. Scalia bragged about knowing what the founding fathers were thinking. That was ridiculous. He was making it up to match what he wanted.
