The Supreme Court is generally very transparent about why Justices are not attending Oral Arguments.

Friday the Court admitted that Thomas was in the Hospital with "flu like symptoms" but would likely be released Monday or Tuesday. The Judge has not attended the Court this week, and when asked the Court's official response was that they have no official word on the situation?!?

Conservative Washington would explode if Biden gets to replace Thomas. What a circus that would be, especially if its announced before Jackson is confirmed.

I did it, in fact, much kinder than they did when they kept saying Ginsburg was dead, and called her names and accused the Democrats of hiding her death, and they wished her dead. . .

You don't see that demonization of Mr. Thomas. The left does not behave that way.

I only asked a question, I did not say he's dead, I did not wish him dead, and I did not demonize him.

Can they get any crazier though Jarod? I was even wondering if they know something about Thomas that we don't, and that's why they have gone nuts during Judge Jackson's hearing. But then I saw Cruz was caught looking himself up on Twitter right after he put on his sick show yesterday, so I guess it's just about self-promotion. I don't know. And I have no idea what's going with Thomas.

Oh, Lordy that’s so Cancun Cruz. I don’t know why Texans re-elect him. His only interest is running for President.

Thomas is fully vaccinated and boosted.

I looked for news of his health this morning and saw that the Court has no info as of yesterday. Very odd.

Which will never happen as long as #TRE45ON is bellowing that HE is going to run. Is it true that Cruz isn't running for the Senate?
