Um, where did I or anyone else deny that the laptop was real? Some repair guy claimed to have it, said it was left there and never retrieved. I have no idea if that's true, or what was on it. You don't either. Well, indictment for what exactly? He could be indicted for lying, or tax fraud, or any number of things he may be accused of.

And even that doesn't mean he will be convicted of anything!

I certainly haven't heard from any reliable media or authoritative source that he is being accused of having Child Pornography on his laptop!

The claim is there was child porn on the laptop as well as video of Hunter Biden having sex with what appeared to be an underage Chinese girl. This is what led to the laptop being turned over to the FBI, not the Delaware state police. The laptop was picked up from the repair shop by an FBI agent who specialized in kiddie porn investigations. The FBI has said the laptop in just sitting there in FBI custody and no further investigation has been done. It must be good to have a dad who is very high in politics. In a separate investigation the FBI has announced they are investigating Hunter Biden for money laundering.

Actually, her record is down the middle. What was striking about the questioning was that neither of her Republican inquisitors on the subject admitted to seeing a difference between downloading numerous pics in one fell swoop on a computer and the pre-Internet method of accumulating them one or a few at a time in the mail, month after month after month. Haley also couldn't see a difference between a forty-eight year old pervert and an eighteen year old just out of high school since both are legally adults.

There are literally thousands of people with that awful shit on their laptops. Most cases cannot be prosecuted because they have to have evidence that the person they are prosecuting is the one who put them there or at least knew they were there. Who knows if that evidence exists in the Biden case, because the people who had possession of the laptop decided to play politics with it, and did not turn it over to the police we will likely never have that information.

I suspect the porn was likely placed there after the fact, and a study would prove that, and thus it will never be given to the police or prosecutors.

Why do we care so much about this guy and not the others thousands of perps of this type? Why do you guys keep Matt Gaetz in Congress, on the judiciary committee in fact?
