Unequal protection of our own laws that merely enables awfulness instead of Goodness is part of the problem under our regime of Capitalism. We need a Solution to this dilemma not merely trying to, see who gets the blame.
 
Equal protection of our own laws is a Constitutional Right.

Helping to solve simple poverty on an at-will basis in our at-will employment States can also help save the children by providing parents with more capital opportunities under our regime of Capitalism.

Markets will supply once demand is created.

Solving simple poverty in that market friendly manner can generate a fiscal multiplier of Two (2) or more on an institutional basis.

Rhetorical question is a good question. They care because they think that if they can somehow pin child porn or bestiality or alien sex or something else on the son, it will mean that the father is A Very Bad Person.

It's interesting that they don't see Pres. Biden as A Very Good Person because his other son, Beau, was a decorated and well-respected veteran.
