Nothing remotely curious about it.

Russians want the world to know a lot of them do not stand with Putin. How do I know? People living in Russia who oppose the war told me. Using an English-Russian bilingual sign as a prop is not odd in the least.

This lady is a media professional and undoubtedly knew a stunt like this on Russia's top news program would make it to Twitter and YouTube in western countries.
 
Tom's an asshole, a right wing pure asshole. But you can see from his posts about Ukraine that he's not an actual sociopath. Therein lies the difference between him and some others. That's why they are all over him on this. They see bombed maternity wards, dead children, screaming mothers, and feel...nothing. Imagine living in that shell? What a waste of a heartbeat. There are a lot more sociopaths (and they are mostly men) out and about then you would imagine. They often describe themselves as "nice guys" and fume over not being recognized for it.
