Tucker Carlson Demands to See Ketanji Brown Jackson’s LSAT Scores

He wasn't a URM so he made it in without any diversity boost.

Well, shouldn't we check?

I mean, what if his LSAT's are really low? It sounds like it should be a major qualifier. We're talking about someone who might serve for decades.

I think, given the importance of these scores, we should check all of SCOTUS. Congress should pass an amendment that justices can be removed if they fall below a certain threshold, and we should check everyone sitting on the court now.

You wouldn't oppose that, right?

She has nothing to be ashamed about. "Sotomayor graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University in 1976 and received her Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 1979, where she was an editor at the Yale Law Journal."
Well that does not impress me about Yale Law school. She said:

"Omicron is as deadly and causes as much serious disease in the unvaccinated as Delta did. … We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition and many on ventilators."
:cruisewhat:

I'm glad you agree with me. You should have brought it up before he was confirmed its too late now. Maybe we should get Ruth Bader Ginsburg's LSAT.

Nah - it's not too late. Like I said - constitutional amendment.

We can't let someone serve for decades if their LSAT scores are low. Let's check all of 'em.

Could change the whole make-up of the court.
