Read what I wrote. That in my opinion on the matter. I also said some time back that 3 on 1 doesn't require a firearm. Let that stir in your omnipresent brain.

Aubrey wasn't jogging. Aubrey wasn't chased down. Aubrey was a thief. When Aubrey was confronted, he attacked the guy with the shotgun and tried to beat on him......then he was shot.

This wasn't justice. The "white" guys had no criminal record. Aubrey did. He was in a neighborhood hw shouldn't have been lurking in.

I don't know how anyone can watch this video and declare the "white" guys murders. I watched the trial, did you? :palm:

The verdict suggested that the jury agreed with prosecutors’ arguments that Mr. Arbery posed no imminent threat to the men and that the men had no reason to believe he had committed a crime, giving them no legal right to chase him through their suburban neighborhood.

But, the reality is that 3 Homeowners are concerned with 'crime in the neighborhood'. They went and talked to some Homeless guy that lived under a Bridge. They didn't kill him. They just wanted to talk to the guy and see what he had to say. I imagine they wanted to talk to the Jogger in the same manner.

Not really. Bits and pieces, along with the Video. It seems like the Jogger could have kept on jogging and ignored the 3 people. Or jogged to a friend's house or his own home and called 911.

Now, both Owl and Dutch claim, whether Police, a Bank Robber, Citizen Joe, or someone in a dark alley, you should always run towards the gun. If there is a gun, always run toward the gun. Naturally, I didn't want to argue with them.

The prosecution of the rednecks was pretty masterful. The chief prosecutor didn't leave too many openings for a viable appeal. The fact of the matter is that Arbery's past had absolutely nothing to do with what the rednecks chose to do that day. They saw a black kid running down their lily-white street, so they concluded there must be something amiss. Come to find out, though, that Arbery was unarmed and possessed nothing which had been taken from any construction site. Every single decision they made during that incident was an incorrect one.

Furthermore, Travis McMichael knew nothing of Arbery's criminal past, so that can't be a factor on which to base an appeal...
