Ooops. Babbitt Was Shot Down Like The Dog That She Is Via Self Defense

There is not usually a trial when a law enforcement officer shoots someone in the line of duty if that person is presenting a threat. If someone broke out your window and was climbing through the prosecutor would probably not charge you, either.

There is always an investigation. Always. And a trial if there is any doubt at all.

Dude, if I was in charge, I'd have ordered a volley on the first row of Insurrectionists breaking into the Capitol. If any advanced past that row of bodies, I'd have ordered a second then kept laying done bodies for them to trip over until either 1) they stopped or 2) I was about to be overrun and it was time to fire the FPF.

Are you asserting that there won't be any White Supremacist Terrorist attacks between now and the next two elections?

You would certainly start a war. Killing unarmed civilians would not be in your best self interest. You could run like the coward you are, but you'd only die tired.

You are actually almost worth discussing the topic with until you nosed-dived into your petty bullshit threats.

Link? So by non physicians. Figures.

Because her own family was clueless about her? Is that what your family is like? They don't give a damn?

Her family defends her, but also admits she was "upset"; an "angry" person. She had unresolved mental issues. Sad.

In interviews, members of Babbitt’s family have defended her political views, and her anger.

“My sister was a normal Californian,” her brother, Roger Witthoeft, told the New York Times. “The issues she was mad about were the things all of us are mad about.”

Babbitt had served in the military for 14 years, Witthoeft said. “If you feel like you gave the majority of your life to your country and you’re not being listened to, that is a hard pill to swallow. That’s why she was upset.”

People who are perpetually "upset" have emotional issues. It's not normal.

I have seen interviews with her husband and mother and they describe her as normal.

You are actually almost worth discussing the topic with until you nosed-dived into your petty bullshit threats.

I made no threat, just a possibility in your hypothetical scenario. But killing unarmed civilians, as I said, would only be a fool's order. You underestimate the expertise of the citizenry.

My family isn't qualified to make a medical diagnosis. I suspect neither is hers.

You're either stupid or know you are regurgitating bullshit.

It doesn't take a fucking degree to know someone is "off". A "little weird" or, as in Babbitt's case, a wackadoodle Q Anon follower. From the link:

Babbitt’s Twitter account shows a woman deeply engaged for months with a conspiracy theory that painted Democratic lawmakers as evil pedophiles, and then persuaded, and infuriated, by Trump and his allies’ lies about election fraud.

For weeks before she joined the mob in Washington, Babbitt had been retweeting false claims from Trump himself, as well as the pro-Trump lawyers Lin Wood and Sidney Powell, alleging massive voter fraud and asserting that Trump had won the 2020 election.

Many of Babbitt’s tweets, according to extremism experts, also marked her as a believer in QAnon, a conspiracy theory that claims Donald Trump has been trying to save the world from a cabal of satanic pedophiles, including Democratic politicians like Biden and Hollywood celebrities, and that he will soon bring his enemies to justice.

There is always an investigation. Always. And a trial if there is any doubt at all.

There was an investigation and they determined not to pursue a trial.

Although Babbitt was not issued a verbal warning (that we know about) the fact that she entered a building people forced open by removing barriers, assaulting police officers, and busting out windows and doors should have given her some clue. She knew better than crawling through a broken window of a closed door protected by armed officers.

What I find most ironic is that the right defends the killings by Rittenhouse and criticizes the killing of Babbitt while the left does just the opposite. It is amazing how our political views determine how we see facts.

I did. But I was not on the jury. All I needed to know is he travelled across state lines to kill people. Nothing more to it.

Really? So, why did he wait so long to start killing people if that was his intention? Why wait until they start attacking you to do that? Wouldn't it have been easier for Rittenhouse just to randomly shoot people instead, if his intent from the outset as you suggest was to kill people?

Gosh, why did he have a rifle? Gosh!

Gosh, why did he have a rifle? Gosh!

Doesn't answer the questions I posed.

However, why did he have a rifle? For self-defense? Possibly as a warning to others not to fuck with him? Why did Grosskreutz cross state lines and carry an illegal concealed pistol on his person? After all, Grosskreutz was at the same riot as Rittenhouse at the same time and place and also armed...
