It was discarded in 2001 when Hawaii switched it's birth certificate system in an effort to reduce costs. They only issue short-forms these days, which contain only the information necessary to determine that a person was born in the US, and they keep the irrelevant information in computer databases....It's in a landfill somewhere. Arnold Swartzeneger is a citizen, that isn't what is in question. To run for (or be) President of the United States, you have to be BORN in the US. Obama hasn't proven he was, and the fact that no certificate of live birth has been presented, is pretty damning evidence he wasn't.
