judge may allow the men Kyle Rittenhouse shot to be called 'rioters' or 'looters'

good luck with that when the entire video events show the opposite.

I don't know what video you're watching, but the one I saw showed Kyle shooting into the crowd with no one around him, then the guys tried to disarm him, then he shot them, then another person came by to help and Kyle shot them too.

You gave me ONE statute, but you didn't do your homework because you didn't find the Open Carry statute:

To open carry, you need to be at least 18 years old.

HAHAHAHA

dude, I gave you the ACTUAL LAW....you're giving me a lawfirm website.

(b) Restrictions on possession or control of a firearm. No person 14 years of age or older but under 16 years of age may have in his or her possession or control any firearm unless he or she:
1. Is accompanied by his or her parent or guardian or by a person at least 18 years of age who is designated by the parent or guardian;
2. Is enrolled in the course of instruction under the hunter education program and is carrying the firearm in a case and unloaded to or from that class or is handling or operating the firearm during that class under the supervision of an instructor; or
3. Is issued a certificate of accomplishment that states that he or she successfully completed the course of instruction under the hunter education program or has a similar certificate, license, or other evidence satisfactory to the department indicating that he or she has successfully completed in another state, country, or province a hunter education course recognized by the department.

All of this is possession, NOT OPEN CARRY.

Where is the open carry statute?

And Rittenhouse isn't from Wisconsin, he's from Illinois.

if you can't READ the law, you don't KNOW the law.....I showed you the exceptions..........read them

OMFG.

You're so fucking stupid that you're conflating possession with open carry.

TWO DIFFERENT THINGS, DUDE.

Yes it is legal for WI residents -NOT IL residents- to have a gun that young, but it is NOT LEGAL for someone that young to carry it openly.

You leave that part out...you want us to focus on the possession laws, but then you completely ignore the Open Carry laws.

And also, Kyle isn't from WI, he's from IL.

alright, possession OR CONTROL............we both know what that means..........read the statute I posted..........please. you'll be better off for it.

and it doesn't matter if rittenhouse was from wisconsin, illinois, or mexico.......the law doesn't make a citizenship distinction

we both know what that means..........read the statute I posted

The statute you posted has nothing to do with Open Carry, which has its own statutes.

You refuse to post THAT statute, obviously because it confirms everything I've been saying and you don't want to admit that.

Right, but that's not Open Carry.

What is the Open Carry Statute?

Why haven't you posted that?

Obviously because the Open Carry statute plainly says you must be 18 to do that, and also a resident of WI, which Kyle was not.

Wisconsin State Constitution
Article I, Section 25

The people have the right to keep and bear arms for security, defense, hunting, recreation or any other lawful purpose.

that is your open carry statute.

I would LOVE for you to post what you think is the Wisconsin Open Carry Statute............ROFL please do this. I need some more humor

If I do end up finding that statute and posting it here, what do I get from you in return?

Cuz I'm not doing this work for free.
