judge may allow the men Kyle Rittenhouse shot to be called 'rioters' or 'looters'

NOPE.

WRONGO.

You must be at least 18 to open carry a weapon in Wisconsin:

What Is The Age Requirement To Open Carry In Wisconsin?
You must be at least eighteen years old to open carry in Wisconsin.
https://gunlawsuits.org/gun-laws/wisconsin/open-carry/

again with the faulty law knowledge

Statute 29.304(3)(b) states: "No person 14 years of age or older but under 16 years of age may have in his or her possession or control any firearm"

https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/29/iv/304/3/b

I think you're the biased one here, because your entire argument hinges on Kyle's feelings, whereas my argument hinges on the facts.

your argument hinges on your political ideology and emotions, not facts. my opinion is based on the law. plain and simple, as i've proven here many times

Why would it be cruel? Because his parents did a shit job raising him? Maybe all three should be thrown in the hole?

You have no clue what it's like to be in a hole.

As they said in "The Shawshank Redemption", one day in the hole is like a week in prison.

An Illinois man who shot three people during a protest over police brutality in Wisconsin last year was justified because the men confronted him and two of them tried to wrestle his gun away

It's gonna be really hard to convince a jury that wrestling a gun away from an active shooter makes the active shooter feel threatened for his life.

the simple fact that you believe only cops can fear for their lives if their weapon is taken, but a civilian must believe they won't be harmed makes you dumber than domer

Ummmm...I don't believe cops ever legitimately fear for their lives...so not sure what impact you think this is going to have on me.

It's gonna be really hard to convince a jury that wrestling a gun away from an active shooter makes the active shooter feel threatened for his life.

it's going to be impossible to convince a jury that he was an active shooter when there's video that clearly shows he was being attacked when he shot the first person

like I said. you're all over the map and making zero sense because you're angry about being wrong

This Marine did exactly what the guys in Kenosha tried to do to Rittenhouse:

So according to you, the robbers here would have been justified in shooting the Marine because he attempted to disarm them.

you're delusional............we're done here. your version of 'reality' belongs in fairy tale land.

if grosskreutz was armed, why didn't he shoot the active shooter? he had a gun in his hand

Doesn't matter whether he was armed or not, Kyle shot first, then others attempted to disarm him, so he shot them, and then when someone came to help, he shot that person too!

Kyle Rittenhouse is a mass shooter, and had those guys died trying to disarm a mass shooter in any other place, you'd consider them heroes.

Thank you. And FYI I am deaf.

I paused at 2:55. It is not clear what those two guys held. Quality is poor.

It's reported, and confirmed IMO, that a handgun eventually came up (after Kyle had already fired a few shots or more IIRC) along with the skateboard.

Despite the similarities, a major difference here is that Zimmerman defended himself against someone beating his head into the ground. He fired one shot. Personally,I'd have emptied the magazine, but that's another story. Zimmerman was overcharged for the shooting and got off scott free.

Kyle isn't overcharged, there's video proving a ruckus, but when does a person have a right to kill another person? After a punch? Taking a swing? Approaching in an aggressive manner?

A few fucking morons on this forum have made death threats. If the moron suddenly announced him/herself would the person who was given the death threat have a right to pull a pistol and shoot the aggressor in the face?

good luck with that when the entire video events show the opposite.
