"We keep marrying other species and ethnics " - Fox News Host

LOL, What the hell are you talking about? Hellbent on destroying his career? You love to play the victim. Not one person has mentioned a boycott or calling the station. the only thing we said is how pathetic it is that he will continue to have an audience and rednecks like yourself will defend him to the end. Which is exactly what you're doing.
And that this reflects upon their character.

I was kidding toppy. I've been around the world several times with the United Nations of colors and skin tones.

I know you were Joe Dirt,
I was just trying to brag about my fling with the hottie from Belize in 1986.
give an old dude a break.

That's sweet bro, the central american ladies can be lovely.

I love the brown or black skin. Its a nice contrast to my translucent, pale northern european skin. :(

The horror of it all was she was the sister of one of my buddies from Belize which I didn't know until it was too late.

Not even the same ball park Dixie. If Letterman had said what Kilmeade said I'd expect CBS to fire his ass. Besides, what Letterman said isn't germain. Right is right and what Kilmeade said is wrong. Are you going on record here on supporting what Kilmeade said? Are you defending his view?

What Kilmeade said, barely even made coherent sense! You have to make several leaps of assumption, just to derive the negative connotations interpreted by the left. I don't have to defend his view to support his right to express his view (as incoherent as it may be.) What he said was a real dumb ass thing to say, what he implied was stupid as well... should he be FIRED for this? No, I don't think so... especially if we aren't going to demand Letterman be fired for what he said in a planned rehearsed monologue!

Dixie is also failing to point out that #1. Most people criticized Letterman for his tasteless joke and #2. Letterman did apologize for it. I haven't heard Killmeade apologizing for his ignorant diatribe nor have I seen any right wingers step up to the plate and criticize him for his comments.

My God people! You act like Kilmeade came onto the set dressed as Hitler, and pontificated about the virtues of Nazism all day! He made an off-the-cuff remark! He wasn't ADVOCATING racial purity! He wasn't SUGGESTING we would be better off if we practiced racial purity! He made a somewhat valid observation regarding the health care debate, and the irrelevant point the left keeps throwing up about Scandinavian health care! Anyone with half a brain should be able to understand, it is not RACIST to say that Scandinavian people tend to marry Scandinavians, and America is a more homogeneous society. Let's be honest, that is true. Scandinavian countries are very isolated, and have very little immigration, therefore... Swedes tend to marry Swedes, Finns tend to marry Finns... now and then a Swede may marry a Finn! It's just because of the region and culture of that part of the world, it's not RACIST to point that out!

Had Kilmeade been up there "promoting" or to use Lady T's word, "purporting" Nazi ideology of "pure race" or "superior race", then I would be on board with demanding he be fired from his job! He didn't make such a comment! He made a stupid ass incoherent statement, which didn't have a very good point to it to begin with, but certainly wasn't RACIST!

that would be news to me and I've debated Dixie for a long time now. If I'd heard Dixie make comments opposing interacial marriages he'd be on my ignore list. Dixie's said a lot of outrageous shit over the years but I'm not aware of his being overtly racist.

I haven't ever made such a comment, this is typical Prissy lies and distortions. He is talking about a point I made in another argument long ago. The question was, how can someone disapprove of interracial marriage and not be a racist? From my understanding of religious teachings found all over the Southern US, there are some people who believe The Bible instructs us to marry within our own race. That belief in of itself, is not "racist" because it doesn't conclude there is a superior race or an inferior race, it just maintains that religious beliefs prohibit interracial marriage. I don't personally agree with this, and I don't think that is what The Bible says, or that you would not be a good Christian if you believed in interracial marriage. My only position in the argument was, this is what some people believe as part of their religious faith, and not because they are racists. Naturally, Prissy and others immediately tied me to the beliefs of these people, and called me a racist for it. Jewish people often marry other Jewish people... does that mean they are RACISTS? Or does it mean, they just have a religiously-based belief on who they should marry? Am I a racist for raising that point, or am I merely interjecting the truth and the facts of the matter for consideration?

We live in the age of instant information. Some sports guy on a morning show can make a boneheaded comment, and by the end of the day, everyone in America has heard about it. People can make the most innocent comment with the most harmless of intentions, and someone can twist their words and meanings into the most deplorable thing you can imagine. It's almost like people get off on destroying other people's lives and careers! Brian Kilmeade is NOT a racist, is NOT a Nazi, and DID make a stupid comment. How many of us have NEVER made a stupid comment?

Odinist's for instance hold to only marrying ethnically pure. I find it the oddest of so called "religious" beliefs since belief is something that happens internally and has nothing whatsoever to do with how we look.

I believe his comments show him to be ignorant more than they show him to be racist.

LOL

Louis Farrakhan states the same thing in speeches all the time about not mixing the races, separate state for blacks, and not a whimper from the left.

I believe his comments show him to be ignorant more than they show him to be racist.

Exactly! Ignorant, dumb, stupid, boneheaded, ridiculous, and maybe even politically incorrect or unorthodox! But nothing he said was RACIST, and nothing he said was an endorsement of Nazism. Should he apologize? I think one is probably in order, because I don't think he intended it to be taken how it was. Should he be fired from his job over this? NO! Should we all jump on this stupid bandwagon and act like Brian Kilmeade is the second coming of Hitler? I think that is a little over the top, even for pinheads.

Racism is a terrible and deplorable thing. People who honestly believe whites are superior to blacks, or that blacks are an inferior race, and espouse these views in the public arena, they are who we should be focused on! It diminishes our outrage against REAL racism, to constantly be finding outrage in the most innocent of comments. It's kind of like the Boy Who Cried Wolf syndrome, how can we be taken seriously when we speak out against REAL racism, if we are constantly turning things into racism that simply aren't?

I never, ever got an answer to the question as to why you were so intimately familiar with the nuanced biblical arguments against inter racial dating, and against establishing and MLK national holiday.

Why were you such an expert, on the intricacies and nuances of those racist arguments? Did you just do benign, and innocent research on them?

Or, have you spent much of your adult life indulging yourseld, and reading up on racist arguments as a matter of choice?
