Well, they are sending folks to a list of vaccine hesitant folks (how they get such a list without violating HIPAA I'd love to know), to convince folks that haven't gotten the experimental vaccine that it is "safe" even though the same government has not FDA approved the "safe" vaccine. Both of the major vaccines have requested full approval from the FDA, once that is approved 1/3 of the folks that are hesitant have already said they'd get the vaccine once it was approved. We'd be over 67% and herd immunity would begin to truly apply.
Instead of trying to convince folks to do something they don't want to do until there is approval, they should be working to get the danged thing approved.

Part of the problem is there hasn’t been nearly enough time to see if any adverse effects show up 18 months after the jab. Or not. How do they know these vaccines aren’t going to produce a high incidence of birth defects when they haven’t even been out a year? The only way to get the FDA approval on them is to abuse the process. Then it’s not really an FDA approval.
And absolutely, they shouldn’t lie to people about them being ‘safe’ when ‘safe’ equals FDA approval. That sort of thing is behind part of the hesitancy—people don’t like being bullshitted and treated like idiots.
