I heard something on the News about people can't be forced to get Vaccinated by an 'Emergency Use' drug. Until the FDA actually 'Approves' the Drug, it's still considered 'experimental. Once 'Approved'. Employers can't be sued for mandating that their Workforce is vaccinated.

Hospitals have already won in court when they fired nurses who refused to get vaccinated.
