Can someone tell me why it matters that these nurses tell people they are gay? What I might need more than a gay nurse is a competent one but I guess there is no pride in that.

Pretty much just like they won't let cops march, conservative gays march, etc. LGBTPDQRSTUV sex parades have become as much a political statement as a sexual one...
