The key part is this: ...should shamelessly explore what brings joy and excitement. That says one should self-indulge in whatever brings them joy and excitement. The problem with that is when social reality collides with personal fantasy. By her standard, someone who gets joy and excitement out of physically abusing others should be able to do that "shamelessly," and likely by her standard with no legal repercussions from society. You enjoy playing the "Knockout game?" Go for it. Sucker punch random people on the street and enjoy your day to the fullest... That's her view of things.
Thus, what she's really saying is "Anything goes if it makes you happy." That is utterly insane and retarded in a functioning society. In a functioning society the members show restraint and self-control over their base feelings and emotions. Only narcissistic hedonists of the worst ilk think "Anything goes" is fine. It's as if she's saying we should all emulate Caligula and just throw out all law and rules entirely.
