Your own assholishness aside, exactly what did Chauvin do that supposedly killed Floyd?

Keeping in mind of course, that Floyd could breathe enough to talk and his neck was not compressed from both sides as would be required to cut off circulation to his "brain"....

None of you seem to be able to answer that question for some reason.... :thinking:

Yep... he went from being a pussy who has a badge, to the most hated man in the nation. The casual nature with which he murdered Floyd will never be forgotten. That look on his face as he stared at the people who were begging for him to save Floyd's life, is like a billboard for everything that is wrong with policing in some parts of this nation.

I don't think it's racist. He just can't come off of his attitude about cops vs. perps.

He continues to ignore the fact that Floyd was cuffed behind the back, lying prone, with his fingers being bent in an unnatural position for 10 minutes. Add the knee on the neck/back/head in alternating fashion.

He would rather just focus on one aspect of the torture that by itself, might not have killed Floyd.

But that doesn't give a full picture of the extent of the torture.

I'd like to see Nomad under the same exact conditions, and see how long he lives.

There was a woman on a few boards with us who went by Gonzo. A dispatcher. A great person from down south who was on the right side of most discussions.

Until it came to anything that had to do with cops. Then she had no room for intelligent thought.

Jury convicted Chauvin for murder. Case closed; convicted 22 years.

What is your definition of a "SJW", presumably a "social justice warrior"? Is that an Alex Jones thing or something Daddy taught you?

Some people are sensitive to issues beyond reason. It's a knee jerk reaction AKA hitting a nerve. I'm always curious about what that nerve does.

I'll defend the military and pilots, but if someone fucks up like showing up drunk or doing something clearly against all rules, it's unethical to deny their act.

IMO, people who defend lies or even throw hyperbolic gasoline on the fire are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

<insert both sides argument> Yes, Trump is the worst and, by comparison, Biden is a breath of fresh air. I had higher hopes for the Republican Party, but they've been going in the wrong direction for decades now and refuse to alter course. Trump may be their final undoing.

Yes...but most intelligent individuals do not attempt to defend the indefensible. They got away with doing it with Mike Brown, and Trayvon Martin because there was no video.

In this instance, there is nothing to defend. You know you've lost when you claim that a knee on the neck is not a knee on the neck.
