The exact middle is 100, but the average range is 85-115. Yes, 85 is closer to lower IQ, but still within the normal range. Again, measuring it can be tricky.

FWIW, those pushing that certain groups have a lower IQ are pushing a racist meme. They want to believe it's genetic. In other words, "Whites are superior to browns. See the IQ difference?" You're free to agree with that or not. I don't agree.

Take 100 Palestinian babies, put them in middle class families in Europe, America and Japan, and you'll likely see an average spread of IQ. It's not the skin tone that determines IQ.
