I stand by my statement...I think that your post whining about MY insults when you yourself had recently insulted me suggested either that you were being hypocritical by not thinking that calling me a moron was an insult, or that you were displaying your intellectual dishonesty. Which was it? hypocrisy or dishonesty?

YURT.... IN YOUR OPINION, if someone put YOU upside down on a board and started pouring water into YOUR mouth and nose to the point where YOU thought YOU were about to drown, would YOU think that such treatment met the definition of torture under the UN Convention? yes or no?

post 315 is devoid of me saying that, you lied that post 315 says that. that is a fact.

As I have said, I thought you were being either hypocritical or intellectually dishonest by whining about my insulting you...when you asked me where you had said that, I thought, quite naturally, that you were asking me where you had called me a moron and I showed you where. That does not make me a liar...it does make you either a hypocrite or someone who is being intellectually dishonest.

Does that mean when a Police Officer handcuffs someone, for both of their safety, that it can be defined as torture; because it could create the idea that of being arrested and incarcerated, even though the person has done nothing wrong?

Since every person is different, the answer would depend on that person.
I believe that the individual that was reportedly waterboarded probably wasn't thinking he was going to drown; but was instead thinking, "Oh-crap, not this again".

I thought they used a cover, over the mouth and nose.
Why do you keep leaving that part out of your offering??

Why are you constantly torturing everyone, with your behavior?
It causes me a great deal of discomfort.
