Heh. I used to run contests like this. Maybe I should start them up again.
I would pick one fallacy, but not tell the contestants what it is, counting the scores for how many times they committed it, then announced the fallacy at the end of the month with the total scores. Only contestants selected by me participated in the contest. They were all liberals.

you are still missing the point. your higher education was wasted. This is going to be a future problem for this country when everyone younger than 35 only has specific talents.

If the job of the military is to protect this country, then how did they protect it on 9/11 or 1/6?

I understand. That is why I said "The same laws should apply to them as all other convicted felons." The laws restricting gun ownership do not apply until after conviction. Those same laws should apply to these people if convicted. I assumed the OP wanted them to face tougher restrictions.

Through private training or through military experience. There is also local training for each tower before certification to operate that position.

My higher education did not include a History or Civics course where a dropout flunkie tried to impose his tortured and incorrect interpretation of our Democracy...particularly someone who put the 3%er logo as their AVI.

and that private training is paid for by government..........but i'm thinking LV probably didn't know that..

I looked at FAA and DOD positions before I was discharged. I soon found out that after running the tower at the worlds busiest Marine Corps Air Station, I would be bored and drinking myself to death within the first year of doing civilian ATC.

Took awhile, but i'm now in the IT field and loving what I do.

Pass the FAA air traffic pre-employment test

Have three years of progressively responsible work experience, or a Bachelor's degree, or a combination of post-secondary education and work experience that totals three years
Be willing to relocate to an FAA facility based on agency staffing needs

you have to be trained at the FAA academy in Oklahoma. That academy training is paid for by your federal government. Even if you were trained in the military, you still have to attend the academy. I see you didn't list any of those stipulations though
